We shoot on-location which means we don’t have a studio that we continually use. We pick studios and locations that truly represent you so you get photos that feel authentic.

We work with a number of studios in Toronto and surrounding areas that can be recommended at the time of planning. Any studio rental will incur an additional charge.

We are also open to shooting in clients’ homes, office, public places, and outdoor locations.

Our set-up is portable so we can bring all studio lights and a variety of backdrops to you.

Locations will always be proposed to you before any final decisions are made. The client is responsible for booking the studio or paying any studio fees upfront.


48 hours after your shoot, you will receive a proof gallery containing all your best images from the shoot. From here, you will be able to select exactly which ones you want edited.

You will be able to review and select your favourites directly from the gallery. Once they are submitted, you will receive your final images within 5 days or less.

Please note that the photos you see in the proof gallery are not your final photos. Any editing, colour adjustments, or cropping will only be done for your final photos.

If you have a hard deadline in mind, please let us know and we’ll let you know what can be done in that time frame. 

Headshots and Portrait Packages are delivered within 5 business days after making your selections.

There is an option for rush delivery. This is an additional $150 + tax charge and your images will be delivered within 2 business days.

Retouching is more detailed editing with an emphasis on improving the appearance. It goes beyond basic colour adjustments and smoothes the skin, whitens teeth, brightens under eyes, etc.

Because headshot photos are so close-up and detail-oriented, retouching is included in each headshot and portrait package.

In the basic headshot package, all 5 of your headshots will be retouched. In the portrait plus, 5 of your photos will be retouched and the remaining 5 will processed with basic editing tools.

We have a white backdrop and a texturized, dark grey backdrop that we can bring to any shoot.

If a studio is being rented, often they have a wide variety of coloured backdrop that can be rented as well. 

You have the option to change the white background to any colour for $20 + tax per photo.
