Booking your shoot 3 weeks out is a good rule of thumb. You want to leave enough time to book studios, plan outfits, and purchase props if needed!

The Brand Discovery and Content Express can be planned in 1 or 2 weeks, but The Next Level Brand works best if we have 3-4 weeks of planning. This allows us to prepare the mood board, book studios, create the shot list, and get your feedback every step of the way. 

We shoot on-location which means we don’t have a studio that we continually use. We pick studios and locations that truly represent you so you get a brand that feels unique and totally your own.

We work with a number of studios in Toronto and surrounding areas that can be recommended at the time of planning. Any studio rental will incur an additional charge.

We are also open to shooting in clients’ homes, office, public places, and outdoor locations if it aligns with your brand!

Locations will always be proposed to you before any final decisions are made. The client is responsible for booking the studio or paying any studio fees upfront.

If you have a hard deadline in mind, please let us know and we’ll let you know what can be done in that time frame. 

The Brand Discovery and Next Level Brand Photography Packages are delivered within 2 weeks after making your selections. The Content Express and Brand Pop-ups services are delivered within 1 week after making your selections because they are express services.

There is an option for rush delivery. This is an additional $250 + tax charge and your images will be delivered within 3-7 days, depending on the package.

48 hours after your shoot, you will receive a proof gallery containing all your best images from the shoot. From here, you will be able to select exactly which ones you want edited.

You will be able to review and select your favourites directly from the gallery. Once they are submitted, you will receive your final images within 1 or 2 weeks (depending on your package).

Please note that the photos you see in the proof gallery are not your final photos. Any editing, colour adjustments, or cropping will only be done for your final photos.

The questionnaire does a deep dive into what your brand vision is - and who your dream client is - so we can create images that get you the results you want.
